Description
SOLO – Hand-Forged Field Blade is built with purpose. Forged in small batches
Built for the outdoors and forged with purpose, the SOLO is a heavy-duty field blade designed for camp work, trail clearing, wood processing, and hard wilderness use. Combining the chopping power of a compact machete with the control of a survival knife, the SOLO delivers serious performance in a rugged, packable platform. Honorable mention to the designer Heather and the prototype was made by Heather under the tutelage of Carrie Lopez.
The forward-angled blade profile creates powerful cutting momentum, while the sweeping edge bites deep into wood and brush with minimal effort. A reinforced 1/4-inch spine provides exceptional strength and durability for demanding tasks in the field. The spine has a false edge to balance the weight and reinforce the tip.
Crafted from full tang steel construction and fitted with durable micarta handle scales, the SOLO is built to handle harsh weather, hard impacts, and years of real outdoor use. The ergonomic handle shape locks securely into the hand during chopping and controlled utility work alike.
Whether at camp, on the trail, or deep in the backcountry, the SOLO is designed to stand alone when reliability matters most.
