This is Knives By Hands version of a Mistress Bowie. MY version of the Mistress Bowie. Full tang handle. Eagle Head Pommel. Brass guard. Cross Hatch Jimping on the wood handle for better grip. 13 inch blade. Just over 3 inches at it’s widest section. Weight of 2 pounds 9 ounces of steel. Blade is 5160 leaf spring and is made specifically to be used and the decorations are a secondary add on. Finally, I have a bowie I can row a canoe.
Knife does come with a leather sheath that is reinforced with a brass around the opening. (See Video below) .
Knife weight varies slightly (+/- a couple of grams) as these are hand forged.
