BE AWARE THIS IS A DOUBLE EDGED TIPPED KHUKURI.
This Khukuri is a more modern design handle and has been made in Full Tang and 6 inches of the tip are double edged for back cuts. The tapered tang is to better fit the hand. The handle is a hybrid of micarta and satisal hard wood. There is cross hatching carved into the handle to improve grip. The Leather Sheath comes with a ring for a dangler or attaching to backpack. The handle is a more Americanized shape with a lengthened grip for those with large hands. This is one of my favorites.
**NOTE: 6 INCHES OF THE TIP OF THE KHUKURI HAS A DOUBLE EDGE. IF YOU NEED ME TO DULL THE TOP SIDE (spine side), LET ME KNOW. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE FORGET IT IS DOUBLE EDGED AND CUT THEMSELVES
