Description

Introducing a Khukuri that was conspired between myself and Neem of Nepal.  Using my blade model which is based on old style khukuri of 200 years ago and his decorative ideas of crossed khukuri logo on the scabbard, the lotus design on the pommel and the never ending knot on the tip of the scabbard.   Months in the making to get this correct.  The Chak Mak (honing steel) is hard enough to use on a ferro rod.  The small side knife is useable.

I tested five to ensure strength and aside from some scratches on the side, these are still hair shaving sharp.  I have cleaned these up and  marked  them down for facebook followers .  See the videos below.

These are hand forged and weight will be plus or minus a couple of grams.  COLOR SHADE OF THE SCABBARD MAY BE DIFFERENT THAN IN PICTURE.

This Nepal hand forged Khukuri is becoming one of my favorites.  It is fully functional and sharp.  Made in the same technique that was time proven in ground war.   This is a good knife for General Purpose camp use and easily used for self defense.  Price includes shipping inside the USA.

In my opinion one of the best fighting kukri blades on the market . On top of that KBH. and Frank are pleasure to work with .

Quality shows, no doubt about it, one amazing Khukuri set, great looks, great balance, and a great value really. I looked all around and very happy with KBH and Frank’s service. I can honestly say that I’ll be back again.

The Mutiny really illustrates the history and culture of Nepalese Gurkhas. The knife exudes beauty, art and function. Fit and finish are of the highest quality. The handle locked my hand in place. The blade captured clouds from the sky in my photographs. The balance and liveliness are perfect. Frank, thanks for helping me select the best, first kukri for my personal uses. It will probably be a while before I get over the admiration phase and really test the knife. I am already checking your web site for my nexy kukri. I am finding out that kukris are addicting.

I consider The Mutiny to be a high value knife with a very reasonable price. The blade, handle and scabbard are all beautifully rendered. The one weakness is that the fitting of the knife to the scabbard is a bit loose. Nevertheless, I rate it as 5 stars due to its overall striking beauty.

Service was superior with very fast delivery.

Recently purchased the Mutiny and it is more awesome than I expected. Have done many tests with it and it outperforms any of my other large blades for every task. Like it so well I purchased the 12-inch balanced Kukri to give a try with as well and will leave a review soon as I’m able to test it. Frank has something awesome going on with these blades.

YES, FRANK’S BLADES ARE TRULY MADE TO BE “EXTREMELY FUNCTIONAL” & BRED FOR A LIFE OF HARD USE. HOWEVER, THEIR COSMETIC APPEAL, OVERALL SHAPE, GRIND LINES, BEVELS, GRIPS, SHEATHS, ETC. ARE JUST SO DAMN PRETTY, IT REALLY IS A STRUGGLE TO TAKE THAT BEAUTY IN YOUR HAND & GO SPLIT A CHUNK OF FIREWOOD OR WHACK OFF A TREE LIMB THAT IS IN YOUR WAY, WHEN MOWING THE GRASS !!!! TRUTHFULLY, I HAVE A “PANAWAL DOTTED” & “MINI-JUNGLE” WHICH I PROCURED IN 2017/2018 & THOSE BLADES ARE STILL IN “VIRGIN CONDITION” / NEVER BEEN USED & STILL GORGEOUS TO LOOK AT !!!! TO PRESERVE & PROTECT YOUR BLADES FROM ENVIRONMENTAL GREMLINS, WATER SPRAY, SALTY BLOOD, ETC. CLEAN & DRY THE ENTIRE KNIFE VERY WELL & TOWEL DRY. FINISH WITH A LIGHT COAT OF COMMON PASTE WAX, LET DRY, & BUFF WITH A CLEAN, SOFT COTTON TOWEL. THE BLADE WILL NOT ONLY BE PROTECTED BUT IT WILL ALSO REMAIN DRY AFTER REPLACING IN THE SHEATH. THE LEATHER COVERING THE SHEATH WILL ALSO BENEFIT FROM A PASTE WAXING !!!!!! NOV. 10, 2022—“USMC BIRTHDAY #247”—OORAH, SEMPER-FI, & GOD BLESS THE USA !!!!!!!!

Very happy with purchase. Knife looks and feels great. Sheath looks even better than it does in the photos. Knife slides in and out of sheath smoothly. Knife is sharp, nicely polished, and feels well balanced and light in hand. Super cool.

This was the second khukuri I purchased from KBH, & I love it, it came quite sharp, enough to do the usual tests, ie shaving arm hair, & cutting paper, but the first thing I noticed was how light it is, it is the lightest full sized khukuri I’ve ever seen, it comes with the traditional two small knifes, I think it is well worth the money.
It is beautifully made & is a fine addition to my collection, & I have no reservations about recommending this or any other knife Frank sells.
