BUFF HEAD KHUKURI (FREE SHIPPING INSIDE THE USA)

Buff Head Khukuri being Introducing from Neem out of Nepal and designed by Knives By Hand.  This khukuri comes with the traditional Karda (small side knife) and Chak Mak ( honing steel for the blade).  It comes with a scabbard and a belt loop. I sold one to a customer that wore it out on his hip.  He was very tall.  I did take his picture as it was something to see him wear it on his belt.

This Khukuri originally was designed for use during religious sacrificial ceremonies.  In the past, this was used in a large festival called Dashain.  The ceremony is to represent the triumph of good (God) over Evil .  As Good exists, so is there Evil.  A water buffalo was sacrificed during the festival.  It must be done in one strike or it would be a bad year.  The chosen person to do this ceremony must have a blade made to do the task.  The Buff Head Khukuri came to be.       (SCROLL DOWN TO VIEW VIDEO).

The knife weight varies slightly (+/- a couple of grams) as these are hand forged.  This is a good knife for General Purpose camp use and can be used for self defense.  Price includes shipping inside the USA.
