Description
This full tang Khukuri has a unique hammer marks that appear as type of Fish Scale. The word for this fish scale in Nepali is Katla. Note it does not have the traditional Nepalese notch. It comes with a protective steel guard. The decorative lines on the full tang handle improve grip. The handle does have a lanyard hole and a more traditional American grip. The scales are left black. This has the more traditional style of sheath. The Karda (small knife) and Chak Mak (honing steel) are smaller than normal to keep overall weight down.
The knife weight varies slightly (+/- a couple of grams) as these are hand forged. This is a good knife for General Purpose camp use and can be used for self defense. Price includes shipping inside the USA.
