Description

The USMC Hospital Corpsman Knife was issued by the Marine Corps during World War II. It was a Bolo knife intended for clearing brush and for cutting wood for litters or shelter poles.  Engraved on the blade is “Dedicated to USMC”.  This is both a great knife for collectors of World War II knives and is a heavy duty chopping Survival Blade.  The rounded end is sharpened and can be used for digging.  It is full tang as the traditional.  A picture of an antique knife that I own is included below to compare.

Knife does come with a leather sheath that is reinforced with a brass ring around the opening. (See Video below) .

Knife weight varies slightly  (+/- a couple of grams) as these are hand forged.

Price includes Sheath and free shipping inside the USA
