Introducing an Old Style Khukuri out of Nepal :
This style of Khukuri was used by Nepalese Army during the Second World War. This was the time period that Judha Shamsher Rana was the prime minister of Nepal. This WW II Battalion Khukuri is able to be balanced in the center edge. It is balanced , left right, front and back. It actually balances on the edge of the blade. (See picture) . Notice the wood handle carving for grip and the large traditional ring on the handle It is peened on the butt of the handle.
Two small Knives are also included with this Khukuri the Karda and Chakmak. The karda being the small knife and the Chak Mak is the small piece of steel used for honing the blade. Inlcudes the traditional style scabbard with double loops.
This is hand forged and is a good Khukuri to start with. It is very well balanced. . It is fully functional and sharp. Made in the same technique that was time proven in ground war. This is a good knife for General Purpose camp use and easily used for self defense. Price includes shipping inside the USA.
